As a Google Partner, our agency is held to an extremely high standard. One of the ways Google enforces that standard is by requiring the continued completion of certification exams. Some must be re-taken annually, others are more permanent. These examinations cover a broad-range of topics, including advertising fundamentals, advanced search knowledge, and customer care best practices. At least one employee must ace a test each of these categories, proving to Google that we’re hip to the mean, ever-changing streets of their search algorithms.
In addition to the organic-focused side, WASP is also AdWords certified. This means we’ve studied and demonstrated knowledge of the coding, reporting, and execution of proper PPC campaigns. I myself am personally certified under AdWords, Advertising Fundamentals, and Advanced Search Practices, which as any of our clients can tell you, places me in the perfect position to address all manners of concerns or questions they have, before entering the Google ‘hood.
Finally, Google Analytics offers its own individual qualification exam, of which a handful of our employees have also passed with flying colors. With this final piece, we can not only provide insight and advice on organic and paid marketing strategies, once they’re implemented, we can track the numbers to define their success.
So there you have it. Clearly WASP isn’t your typical goody two-shoes agency; we’ve earned our stripes and are the deadliest combination of book and street-smart! Don’t be intimidated though, we aren’t looking to start any turf wars…but we will fight to secure our clients prime real-estate:
