Traveling Mom is an online publication with a diverse network of travel writers who specialize in family-friendly tourism. While they were connecting with users and influence brands on Twitter and Pinterest, they were ignoring the potential of Facebook. WASP’s social team collected data, employed proven techniques, and created content with the platform in mind. For example, they created a blog titled “9 Reasons You’ll Hate Camping and Should Never Do It” specifically for Facebook. The attention-grabbing headline appealed to Traveling Mom’s Facebook audience and resulted in a much higher click-through rate. WASP was selective about the blog’s format, choosing a listicle that provided just the right balance of information and entertainment. The final results were impressive: 17 likes, 15 shares, 223 post engagements, and the post reached 8,175 people.

Meet Dr. Shannon
The ever-changing schedule while in medical training can definitely take a toll on one’s body and not for the better! We engaged with Dr. Shannon who prioritized 7-8 hours of sleep each night to simply function, which is what is recommended by sleep experts world over. Sleep has always been a priority for her, especially as a mom and resident physician.
 
Her voice and community was the perfect way to promote REMfresh’s Ultra-Mel MELATONIN – a naturally secreted “sleepy-time” hormone that thankfully can be taken over the counter to help us all fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up refreshed.
 
She reviewed the products and found that for her body, the 0.5mg dose was perfect! This collaboration was very well received and resulted in compelling photographs produced by Dr. Shannon along with Instagram posts and stories which resulted in over 1,000 likes and comments. She was also given the opportunity to give away one pack of REMfresh to her followers which was met with a lot of enthusiasm as well.

Utilizing native builds for both Android and iOS devices, WASP developed a mobile app that brought Consequence’s entire site to the small screens. Festival coverage and the latest uploaded posts and content could be accessed at any time. The app also contained a feature through which users could bookmark their favorite artists and events for instant access to related articles.
