Consolidated Credit is one of the leading debt management firms in North America. The company helps consumers consolidate their outstanding debts, revising obligations into more manageable payment structures.
Consolidated Credit had a preexisting AdWords campaign that was underperforming based on the high monthly spend invested. The account featured broad structured keywords, resulting in too many unqualified leads. Wasp’s task was to increase the number of leads, while driving down the cost per conversion, the most fundamental and challenging task for any PPC manager.
Wasp evaluated, then revised the structure of Consolidated Credit’s AdWords account from the ground level. Through implementing highly specific positive and negative keywords, we were able to decrease the number of ad impressions, while increasing the relevance of the clicks each ad received. The associated landing pages were also completely revamped with new designs, copy, and calls to action. As a result, click through rate and impression shares doubled, conversions increased by 43%, and Consolidated’s cost per conversion dropped by 26%.
